A living programme is built film by film
We do not want an endless library: we want a programme that helps you choose your next session.

Choosing should feel good
A programme is not an endless list. It is a selection of titles that arrive, have their moment and make way for others. At BUTACCA, every film would have its space, its page and availability viewers can understand before deciding.
The idea is to make discovering a story part of the plan again: pause at an image, read a synopsis, watch an authorised trailer and choose a session.

Distribution sets the pace
The programme will be shaped by the terms set by each distributor: territory, languages, start and end dates, and availability model. No titles have been announced and no rights have been acquired in this demo.
Respecting each work’s journey is what can make BUTACCA a useful digital cinema room for the industry and a clear one for people who want to watch films.

CINEMA AT HOME, WITH INTENTION
The film session we want to bring home
BUTACCA proposes a way to watch cinema that begins before the first scene: discover a film, choose a session and make room for it in the evening. It is neither a flat-rate service nor an endless library; each title would have its own ticket, availability and conditions.
When the service is available, purchase would happen on the web and be linked to an account after payment is verified. Opening an app would not start the film: the viewer would explicitly start the session when ready.
- A considered programme to find the next story.
- A session for compatible television, computer, tablet or mobile.
- Clear conditions before purchase and before the film starts.
