The right moment.
Define the authorised dates and territories. A staggered window, a re-release or a simultaneous premiere, only when your rights and agreements permit it.
BUTACCA FOR DISTRIBUTORS
A great story deserves to find its audience. We are creating digital exhibition infrastructure so your films can reach more homes, on your terms and with the value of a cinema session.

A NEW OPPORTUNITY
Your next session could be there.
Schedules, caring responsibilities or distance can keep people who want to see your film out of the cinema. BUTACCA proposes turning those occasions into a paid session at home.
We want to complement cinemas and drive-ins. The pilot must measure whether we attract additional audiences and how this window coexists with others. That opportunity is demonstrated through results.

YOUR FILM. YOUR TERMS.
Every title has its own journey.
Your strategy defines the next step.
EXHIBITION DETAILS
Outline of the proposal. Capabilities to develop and validate.
Define the authorised dates and territories. A staggered window, a re-release or a simultaneous premiere, only when your rights and agreements permit it.
We propose pricing by title, price bands and scheduled promotions. You decide which approach fits each stage of your film’s commercial life.
The viewer buys a session for one film. No flat-rate subscription. The welcome and uninterrupted session invite their full attention; this condition will be communicated before purchase and before starting.
DESIGNED FOR YOUR TEAM
Reuse what you already prepare.
Bring operations together in one place.
Authorised master, poster, trailer, synopsis and technical details. We propose a dashboard with users and permissions to prepare titles, manage rooms and organise the calendar without unnecessary duplication. Shared infrastructure so your team can focus on its films, without building and maintaining its own platform from scratch.
Explore the dashboard prototype
Authorised materials and checks on rights and title requirements.
Transcoding, adaptive quality and packaging for the agreed devices.
Access per session, DRM protection and watermarking where applicable.
Removal or blocked access when the licence ends, with an operational record.
This is the proposed workflow: protection, compatibility, quality and removal are requirements that must be validated before any commercial exhibition.
TRANSPARENCY TO MAKE DECISIONS
We want you to follow the journey from interest to session: understand acquisition sources, identify where a purchase is lost and see which actions help people discover your film.
The proposed reporting brings together sessions sold and started, gross and net revenue, itemised costs and traceable settlements. Device, territory and audience would be analysed in aggregate, with the appropriate legal basis and consent.
Data to help you decide. Reporting and settlement frequency agreed by contract.
Proposed measurement framework.
No simulated figures or commercial results.

GIVE YOUR FILM ITS MOMENT
A carefully crafted film page. A recognisable cinema room. Campaigns that could dress the digital lobby in your film’s artwork and identity, always using authorised materials and uses.
Trailers and sponsorships could open up additional promotion and revenue opportunities. They would be defined through separate agreements, attribution and clear conditions.
A MODEL TO BUILD TOGETHER
Our starting point is an indicative 80/20 revenue split. The agreement must define the calculation basis, taxes, payments, video costs, DRM, support and rights, as well as the settlement process.
Returns will depend on the title, demand and actual costs. We want you to assess the opportunity with all that information on the table.
INITIAL HYPOTHESIS · SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT
This is not a commercial tariff or a guaranteed net percentage. Terms are subject to validation and individual agreement.
LET’S START WITH ONE FILM
We are looking for independent Spanish distributors to define a focused pilot: one authorised title, territory, window, conditions and shared success criteria.
Agree what to test. Validate the experience and protection. Measure sales, additional audiences and incidents. And decide the next step together.
