Choosing is part of the plan
A poster, synopsis or trailer can be the start of a movie night. We want the programme to help people choose calmly, with clear information about each film and its availability.
Set the moment
The viewer would start the session at their chosen time within the title’s window. Setting up the sound, getting comfortable and leaving other tasks for later are all part of the experience we are designing.
The proposal includes an entrance to the digital cinema room and a welcome sequence. The trailers shown beforehand will depend on the option chosen and the relevant agreements.
A story from beginning to end
A session cannot be paused. It is a central condition of BUTACCA: once started, the film continues as it does in a cinema. We will communicate it clearly before purchase and before the start, so everyone can decide whether the experience fits their moment.
The demo lets you explore the idea of entering the cinema room. It is an interface demonstration; it does not sell tickets or play commercial feature films.

The film session we want to bring home
BUTACCA proposes a way to watch cinema that begins before the first scene: discover a film, choose a session and make room for it in the evening. It is neither a flat-rate service nor an endless library; each title would have its own ticket, availability and conditions.
When the service is available, purchase would happen on the web and be linked to an account after payment is verified. Opening an app would not start the film: the viewer would explicitly start the session when ready.

Frequently asked questions
Is BUTACCA already selling sessions?
No. BUTACCA is in development: the website and demo explain the proposal, but there are no ticket sales or commercial exhibition active yet.
What happens when a film window ends?
Availability must end when the exhibition authorisation agreed with the distributor expires.
